Pakistan is added into Amazon Approved Selling Countries List

Its a huge break through, Pakistan is now in the Amazon selling countries list. Get Ready!

Well, let’s give a big round of applause to the people behind this incredible achievement. They have been working day and night in getting Pakistan added in the Amazon’s approved seller list. Joint Secretary of Ministry of Commerce Aisha Moriani, Ex Amazon Category Development Head Omer Gajial, and Deputy Consul General Shoaib Sarwar along with the team members of NECC surely deserve a hat off.

It is also important to mention that this company was founded by Jeff Bezos on July 5, 1994. Amazon is referred to as “one of the most influential economic and cultural forces in the world” as well as the world’s most valuable brand.

It was also reported last year that the Amazon registered an office in Pakistan. According to SECP, Amazon registered an office in Pakistan under the name of “Amazon Data Services Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd.

This is not a good news for all, specially Daraz. Now Daraz should also have to show some seriousness while dealing with their clients within Pakistan. Number of negative views can be found easily for their services. I think proper screening of their sellers can overcome this issue. You can bet me on this, If Daraz take it as an challenge, I’m damn sure it will be best of Pakistan and Pakistanis.
